Take-Home Final Exam:

The final exam is no longer a timed exam.

Rules for the take-home tests:

You may use any materials you find in our Canvas classroom or in the textbook.  You may use online resources for general help as you work on your take-home tests.  And you may use online technology to help make computations and graphs, as we have in the homework.  You may ask me questions about the take-home tests directly.

But you are not allowed to get help from any other person, including other students or tutors, or any homework/help/cheat site, such as Chegg.  You are also not allowed to ask about the specific questions from the take-home tests anywhere other than me, including in the Q&A discussion board.    The work you submit on the take-home tests must be yours alone.

See the Cheating Policy for more details.  See also the SCC Student Conduct Policy 5030 (Links to an external site.) .

Question 1 of the final exam will ask you to agree to an honor statement.  You must answer this question in order to gain access to the rest of the test.  This is the text of the honor statement:

Honor Statement

My answers below reflect the actual work I have accomplished on my own. I understand that acts of academic dishonesty may be penalized to the full extent allowed by Shoreline Community College, including receiving a failing grade for the course. I recognize that I am responsible for understanding the provisions of the SCC Student Conduct Policy 5300 (Links to an external site.) as they relate to this academic exercise.
