152 Mini-Project 10 (Individual) Reflection and Evaluation Survey

This week, you will have a chance to evaluate me, this course, and yourself in this course.  The survey should not take a long time to fill out. 

This survey is completely anonymous.  I will be able to tell which students have submitted the survey, and I will be able to read all the responses, but I will not be able to see which student said which thing.  You can answer these questions any way you want.  Or not answer, if you prefer.  You will get full credit regardless.

I really appreciate your feedback on this course.   I tried out some new ideas this term, and I'd like to know how well they worked.  I will use the information you give me to improve the course for next time.  

This is also a good opportunity for you to think about your goals and how well you’re able stick to your plans for this quarter.  If you are not satisfied with your performance in the course, think about what you might be able to change.
